In a crock pot—cook on high for 3 hours:
2 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp butter
1 pkg Italian seasoning dressing mix
Remove chicken and add:
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
2 oz cream cheese
Cook together 1/2 hour until melted. Add 1/2 cup hot water if too thick. Dice or shred chicken and put back in until warm. Serve over rice or noodles.
