Coconut Pecan Frosting

1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

In saucepan combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, and butter. Stir over medium heat for 15 minutes, until pudding consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until desired consistency.
