1 lb tri-color Rotini pasta, cooked
1 cup broccoli, blanched
1 cup cauliflower, blanched
1 cup sliced carrots, blanched
Shredded cheese
Parmesan
Sliced ham (optional)
Sliced Olives
Wishbone Just 2 Good Italian Dressing (2 g of fat/serv)
Cut vegetables into small pieces, toss everything together. Mix in desired amount of dressing and garnish with Parmesan.
