Peanut Brittle

Cook, stirring constantly, 3 cups sugar, 1 cup corn syrup and 1 cup water to 230 degrees.

Then add 2 cups raw peanuts, cook to 300 degrees.

Remove from heat, add 1 tsp soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 Tbsp margarine. Stir really good. Pour onto a cookie sheet.
