Uncle Steve's English Toffee

1 pound butter
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
Sliced almonds
Milk chocolate

Cook butter, sugar, and water to 320 degrees. Pour onto ungreased cookie sheet. Spread with chocolate and sprinkle with almonds.
