Mix together:8oz softened low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp low fat sour cream
5-7 chopped green onions
(this makes enough filling for two rolls of low-fat refrigerated crescent rolls)
Using two rolls at a time seal the seam to make a rectangle and then press to make the rectangle longer and narrower. Spread with a layer of the filling and then roll up from the long side. Use a sharp knife to cut roll into 1 inch pieces.
Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes approximately 75 rolls.Next time I will get better pictures... we were headed out and Jessica snapped a couple. The saran wrap was just for travel purposes. We baked them at the party.
