4 cups broccoli buds
10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 cup diced purple onions
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
Chop broccoli into bite size pieces. In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli, cheese, onion, and bacon. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. Chill at least 12 hours before serving.
