Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

1 chocolate crumb pie crust
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whipping cream or 4 oz whip cream
Smuckers Hot Fudge Topping

Beat cheese until fluffy, gradually add milk, then peanut butter until smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in whip cream, turn into crust. Drizzle fudge over pie. Freeze for 4 hours.
