1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups butter
2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

Blend above and press into a 9 x 13 pan for crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces soft cream cheese
4 ounces cool whip

Beat together until fluffy. Spread on cooled crust.

Prepare a 6 ounce package of chocolate pudding and spread on cream cheese layer. Refrigerate, top with more whip cream and sprinkle with nuts or grated chocolate.
