4 chicken breasts
2 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 slices deli sliced ham
4 slices reduced fat Swiss cheese
Rub the chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken on the grill and grill 4 minutes. Turn the chicken over and brush with 1/2 tsp of mustard per piece. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of ham and cheese. Cover grill until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted (7-8 minutes). (Makes 4 servings, 6 WW points each)
