Italian Cooking Sauce Mix

2 - 14 ounce cans stewed tomatoes, pureed
4 - 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
2 cups water
2 - 6 ounce cans tomato paste
2 Tbsp minced onion
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
3 tsp salt
4 tsp green pepper flakes
1 tsp instant minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
4 Tbsp cornstarch
3 tsp sugar

Combine all ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes over low heat. Cool. Put into six, pint freezer containers, leaving 1/2 inch at top. Seal and label containers. Freeze and use within six months.
