Salsa

8 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
6 ounce can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp Tabasco
3 Tbsp or more brown sugar

Simmer 1 1/2 hours, bottle and seal 10 minutes. Makes 4 pints.
