Combine equal parts of:
Soy Sauce
Butter
Honey
Brown Sugar
1 tsp of ground horse radish (optional)
Heat this mixture in the microwave until the brown sugar dissolves when stirred. Place salmon fillets into a large Ziploc bag and pour the marinade mixture in to cover the salmon. Close and place in the fridge and allow to marinate overnight (or if you are patient 24 hours). Cook “skin down” on the barbecue until salmon flakes separate with a fork.
