Yummy Potatoes

Boil potatoes, dice into small cubes and place in a 9 x 13 pan.

Melt together:
1/2 cube butter
1 cup of cheese
Diced green onions

Mix:
1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
1 pint sour cream (fat free)

Pour butter, onions and cheese over potatoes. Then spread soup and sour cream over top. Sprinkle with more cheese, top with crushed cornflakes. Drizzle melted butter over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hours or until heated through.
