Maple-Teriyaki Salmon Fillets

1/3 cup apple juice
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion or dried onion
4 salmon fillets (about 2 lbs)

In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Stir. Place salmon in a freezer bag, pour marinade into bag and freeze. When ready to use, thaw, and broil salmon 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes. Baste with marinade. Broil 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently. Can be grilled on tinfoil.

(I have also marinated the fish without freezing it and cooked it on the George Foreman grill.)
